Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting Funda ("the Bot", "we", "our") to your Discord server, logging into our dashboard, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must remove the Bot from your server and cease using our services immediately.
2. Description of Service
Funda provides a comprehensive suite of tools for Discord servers, including but not limited to music playback, virtual economy, leveling systems, moderation tools, private voice channel management, ticket systems, and premium features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the service entirely at any time without prior notice.
3. Acceptable Use & User Conduct
You agree to use Funda strictly in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Furthermore, you agree not to:
- Use the Bot to facilitate illegal activities, harassment, hate speech, or malicious behavior.
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Bot's code or economy system.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, dashboard restrictions, or premium paywalls.
- Use automated scripts or macros (self-bots) to farm economy currency, levels, or card collections.
4. Premium Subscriptions & Payments
Certain advanced features of Funda are available through Premium subscriptions. All payments and subscriptions are securely processed by our authorized merchant of record, Tebex. By purchasing a Premium subscription, you also agree to Tebex's Terms and Conditions.
- Account Linking: You must link your Discord account via our dashboard prior to purchase to ensure automated delivery of Premium perks.
- Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our service, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws or at the sole discretion of our administration team.
- Abuse: Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your Discord account and server from using Funda.
5. Moderation and Bot Actions
Funda provides automated moderation tools (AutoMod, anti-spam, logging). Aselens Software is not responsible for any actions taken by the Bot in your server, including accidental bans, message deletions, or incorrect automated punishments. Server administrators are solely responsible for configuring the Bot correctly.
6. Intellectual Property
The Funda bot, its branding, logos, website, custom card collection artwork, and dashboard interface are the intellectual property of Aselens Software. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any of our proprietary assets without explicit permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Funda is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aselens Software and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Bot. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, server disruption, or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your server.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically to reflect new features or legal requirements. We will announce significant changes in our Support Server. Continued use of the Bot after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
