Funda operates with a strict data-minimization approach. To provide our features, we collect and store the following information:
- Identifiers: Discord User IDs, Guild (Server) IDs, Channel IDs, and Role IDs.
- Profile Information: Basic public Discord profile data (usernames, avatars) for dashboard display and level cards.
- Service Data: Virtual economy balances, inventory items, XP/levels, and custom dashboard configurations.
- Message Content: Messages are processed dynamically in memory for command execution and AutoMod filtering. We do not persistently store message content unless it is specifically required (e.g., Snipe command buffers, Confession systems, or Ticket transcripts).
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected data strictly for the operation of the Bot, including:
- Providing core functionalities such as leveling leaderboards, economy leaderboards, and role management.
- Syncing your Premium status via Tebex purchases.
- Identifying and fixing errors, crashes, and performance issues.
- Preventing abuse, spam, and enforcing our Terms of Service.
3. Third-Party Data Sharing
We respect your privacy. Funda does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Data is only shared with trusted third parties under the following circumstances:
- Discord API: To fetch server data and interact with users.
- Tebex: For processing Premium payments and validating subscription statuses.
- External Media APIs: Search queries for music (e.g., YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud) are processed through their respective APIs.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in secure, encrypted databases protected by industry-standard security protocols. Access to the database is strictly limited to authorized developers of Aselens Software for maintenance and debugging purposes only.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as it is necessary to provide our services. If you remove Funda from your server, your server's configuration and associated data may remain in our database to allow for a seamless restoration if the Bot is re-invited.
Your Right to Erasure: Under GDPR and similar privacy laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data (economy stats, levels, profiles). Server owners may also request the complete deletion of their server's configuration data. To exercise this right, please contact us via our Support Server.
6. Children's Privacy
Funda relies on the Discord platform, which requires users to be at least 13 years old (or older, depending on regional laws). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the required minimum age.
